During a recent study by the CIPD, 73% of HR leaders stated they are actively looking into their own health, wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.
Clearly, this shift towards a culture of wellbeing, driven by excellent people management, which is good for employees and good for business. It has real potential to ensure all benefit from wellbeing initiatives that bring productivity and shine the light on an attractive and socially responsible place in which to work.
We have seen that the people profession will always strive to go above and beyond to support their people during challenging times; but the questions for us all is right now are who can HR turn to, and do they feel confident enough to ask for help?
In our next HR Expert webinar, Director of Gray’s Wellbeing, Dr Dee Gray will open up the conversation around these questions and will showcase how HR can use recovery time to manage workplace demands and prevent burnout.
Dee will uncover:
- Does your wellbeing strategy include you?
- How do you take care of your ‘self’ when you are in the ‘peripheral’ spaces of wellbeing?
- Are you thinking strategically about recovery time in order to fuel your power of return to being your ‘best self’?
